I found a large cave, in two spots I have found copper, does this mean that anything I mine in the cave will be copper, or is it worth searching other sections in the mine to find tin or iron?

Depends on how large that large cave is. If streching far enough, it is entirely possible it overlaps few different nodes.

Nodes are pretty big, but I'd say your average cave contains 3-4 different nodes. Sounds like you just found two different copper veins unless the spots are close together.

I'm not sure about this but strangly enough i found only one kind of ore in each cave i dugged in this world...onecave with 3 copper veins only, another cave with 1 tin vein only ... for iron the neighbour had to dig in another cave ...

I've found this the last couple of worlds, but found a cave with tin and copper both available in W6.

In W5/6 i had different ore types in every cave but not in this world (yet)

I have a question, if you have a character who has committed crimes, can he be force summoned if you are online with another character on the same account?
