That's an odd question. Worlds are sequential, akin to game versions and there are no old worlds running, so if you're playing now you're in world 7. Assuming that's what you were asking about.

Easiest Dex food to get at decent Q/overall good Dex food? I feel both the proportions of most Dex as well as total FEP from 1 Dex item are kinda low in comparison to a lot of the other attributes (Perc is the only one to have a lower max FEP's but at least has decent %Perc on a load of them).

I would imagine there's no good answer to that. Last world i've settled on 60+ soil and had two 50+ soil nodes nearby, so i used chantrelles+chicken+chantrelles&onion pirozki and it got me to 60ish dex no problem, but i assume what you're asking for is above that and then i can only think of a chicken, which while not quickly can be steadily increased in QL. I doubt that's any news for you thou.

Is it possible at currents state to found clay node of atleast 50q outside of trade? I swept all directions of my base, checking every minigrid, approx 40 min boat trip each. Best I found was 35q just outside somebodys claim, but today it was destroyed by some jerk splashing claim nearby, 6 kilns and meltings some bricks, now down to 14.
I found more than dozen 20q, but it's pretty much it. All inland mudflats checked as well. I currently out of any quality clay resource. Any tips? I really dont want to embark into trade, I've read trade how-to and it's convoluted as fuck. I thought that q50 clay supposed to be easy to find.

Clay isn't that easy to find, especially after most of the q80+ has been taken. There are still quite a few q50 nodes, it just takes a while to find.

Keep searching and make sure your survival is the same as the quality clay you want.

All resources gathered from the wild now have their quality hardcapped by Survival.

Survival hardcaps the quality of clay.

So if you found a q50 clay node and you only had 20 points in survival, you would end up
getting q20 clay.

Beeted Bird Breast

It takes a bit to set up, but once you're set up to mass produce it I feel it's the best dex food.
