I've also seen "This land is owned by someone"

My friend says those owned by "Someone" means it the owner has not logged on in a month.
Is this true?

claim your house so it doesn't decay. it will take ages to decay to the point were its destoryed though so you have time to get the lp to claim it.

Your friend should do some research. "Someone" means you do not have that person kinned in your kinlist.
