to teleport my friend to my domain?
teleport him from creation screen that is,he didnt make his character yet

yes
make a "hearth secret" and give it to your friend.
When he/she creates a character they can enter this hearth secret and a stairway will appear.
Exit through this stairway and he will arrive at your hearth fire.
