Are all rabbits quality 10? And if there is no way to breed rabits does that mean I have to hunt bigger game like foxes for better hide?

If you're looking for better quality leather, improving your tanning tubs with better q water, bark, and building with higher Q boards will help. It still won't improve those rabbit hides much.

Tub quality, water and bark quality all add 1 point of leather Q per 6 points of quality raised over Q10 for rabbit skins. ie Q 16 tub will produce Q11 rabbit leather. Best way to deal with leather quality? Better animal kills. Like boars and foxes. Easy to do with some MM and a q10 sling.
