Expanded Claim and Hearthfire

The problem is, how do I or is there a way to get out of a claimed area once you spawned at your hearth fire? I spawned at my hearth fire and the claim to the east expanded over my hearth fire and now I'm stuck. :?

Is there anything I can do to get out?! Or am I stuck?

Adventure -> criminal acts. Walk off the claim and build ur hearthfire else where

And make sure you get Yeomanry as quickly as possible so someone else doesn't pull the same thing again.
