How do I build a bed?

Doesn't come up in my build options,even though I already built a leanto.

if you built it with elm boughs(only way you have a leanto and can't make a bed), go find a fir tree and take boughs from there...seems like a bough(no matter which kind) should work for that, but they're specific.
