Theres only 1 world, and the current world is 6.
if you would like to play with your friends give them your HS=Hearth Secret, and then they make new charachters and spawn around your Hearth fire.
and if you would like to know where you live use this '' http://algeralith.info/HavenMap/ '' it might be hard to find your place .

The world number explains you current "version" of the game.
New version means full reset. For the characters and for the map.
Some features might be removed, new might be added.

Well this explains a lot. I knew my friends were in world 6, but I just coulnd't figure out how to get there. Though, as it turns out, I was there all along
