Looking for a town to help develop [Closed]

I have been playing H&H on and off since the 2nd world. I have always played on my own, surviving out in the wilderness. Its been fun, but I'm looking for a new experience. I am a jack-of-all-trades so I know a little about almost everything in H&H.

This is what you would be getting by me joining your village:
A branch new character that I would spawn in your town.
12-16 hours this weekend to begin building and specializing my new character for their role.
Typically 2 hours a day active and 6+ hours passive play a day. (Except on Wednesdays and Fridays)
Weekends usually more active time.
Someone who live in GMT - 6 (might help with security)
