Veteran Looking for Medium-Sized Village

After taking a break for a few weeks I have decided to comeback to Haven. With the new world I'd like to play with a different crowd of players then before (absolutely loved my village in World 3 but new friends are good friends). I'm looking for a medium-sized village.

A little about myself:

I was a member of Sodom during World 3
I've never been a great grinder but I am an active player
I played as a hunter/warrior/farmer/cook in World 3, planning to mine/hunt/warrior/cook on my main and use an alt to farm.
I'm a knowledgeable trader, good at estimating values of goods

Timezone: EST
Playtimes:
Weekdays: 3-5, 10-11 can vary depending on school work and activities
Weekends: Throughout the day, usually atleast 3 hours but will vary depending on activities

What I require of the village:

At this point you should have access to metal
Competent leaders with good leadership skills, constantly making goals and making others want to fulfill those goals
Selective recruitment, I don't want to have to worry about an idiot griefer being recruited and wasting time

I'm almost positive that we're too small to be quite what you're looking for, but I figured I'd nonetheless extend the offer of having you join our (currently nameless) village. We've had six people in our village at one point, all active and enthusiastic, but due to the previous leader sadly quitting the game, many others followed suit. There's now only my me and my roommate playing, though we have formed an alliance with two other small villages nearby with similar stories to our own. After taking over leadership I set about turning the village around, built several houses in two days solo, paved roads to make cart passage out to the remaining forests easier, and even set up pallisades with only my roommate to help me. Our soil is q36 right in the middle of the village, and we have what we believe to be a copper mine as well, though none of us has a high enough STR to try and mine it yet (we did complete the mine hole last night though). I've found spots that indicate both tin and iron mines nearby as well (my PER*EXP is around 1300 now, so I find rustroot all over the place).

We currently do not have a village claim up, but are working on it, and I'm fully intending to have a 'teleport out- not in' system in place for crossroads, 'this opens under no circumstances' policy for our gates (key stored on a separate character on a separate account), as well as brick walls around the pallisades once we've managed to progress a bit further. If our village interests you at all, let me know.
