Player wants to start off again

Hello everyone. I've been playing this game since the first few weeks of world 3, but i stopped after 3 or 4 moths. Now I want to start off again. I dont want to join a well set village, but a group of people, possibly from europe. I'm not english but i manage to understand and express myself in english. I can do every job is needed.
