I had this working a couple years back with Ender's, but I moved away and back to Linux and I'm having some trouble with the Apoc client. I've added the libraries, but I'm still getting a

Code: Select all

Exception in thread "Haven main thread" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sun/gluegen/runtime/DynamicLookupHelper

error.

Anyone know what might be causing this?

prolly somethings wrong with the libs - i suggest creating an Ender folder, grab the updater.jar, drop in Ender folder, run it and after it's finished copy over all jogl and gluegen files in there over into Apoc by overwriting ( or delete all jogl and gluegen files in Apoc first)

Another way would be to grab http://jogamp.org/deployment/jogamp-cur ... atforms.7z , extract and drop the needed files from jar and lib folders into Apoc folder ( this is prolly the more complicated way than above)

This did it, and it was a lot easier than when I was hunting them all down from original locations last time. Thanks! :D

Sparky Game Over Linux 3.6 (based on Debian testing)
OpenJdk7 and IcedTea

Copied my Ender from Windows7 to my /home/user/ (to keep my weird res mixes and conf files)
Made a new folder and dropped updater.jar in, changed its run rights in properties and ran updater.jar
when finished deleted everything but the jogl and gluegen-rt libaries
then copied everything from my Win7 Ender folder over except the libaries
changed run rights in properties of haven.jar
created a run.sh

Code: Select all

java -Djava.library.path=/home/user/Ender/ -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar /home/user/Ender/haven.jar -d moltke.seatribe.se -r ./res

(!user = your user name)
changed run rights in properties of run.sh and ran it in terminal
