create a folder named Ender on your Desktop - drop Updater.jar into and run it - check your Java Security setting in Java Control Panel http://www.havenandhearth.com/forum/vie ... 81#p461879

you might create a run.bat then in Ender folder aswell
http://www.havenandhearth.com/forum/vie ... 47#p464287

which is recommended because with pause argument the CMD window stays open and shows possible error messages

also look at my Sig ;)

@ramones

first make sure where Java is located - and for 32 Bit Java use javaw.exe

if 32 Bit OS = C:\Program Files\Java\jre8\bin\javaw.exe

if 64 Bit OS with 32 Bit Java = C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre8\bin\javaw.exe

As i don't know what OS and what Manufacturer of Laptop it's difficult to tell what Graphic drivers would work
- so i guess you should PM me with that information - theoretically HnH Ender should run on it with the right drivers (sadly some that come with Windows update are crappy when it comes to OpenGL)

you might try with
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool

otherwise you'll need to check at your Laptop manufacturesrs support pages

or give me informations and i try to mod you a driver
i'm running a mainboard with integrated graphics that is based on the x700 core ;)

Still nothing, I can run Salem (default and Enders fine) and here I can only run the default (useless!)

Thought it might have been comodo (really need to get something better, still nothing, not a god damn thing... :(

did you create a run.bat with pause argument? What messages in CMD window?

I think if you can run Salem with Ender you should be able to run HnH with Ender too

Probably it's just a little error / mistake

What OS what Bit version?
What Java what version, bit version, location?
Post your run.bat

make exceptions for java.exe, javaw.exe and UDP Port 1870 and TCP port 1871 in Comodo (crap) or get rid of Comodo and use the Windows firewall plus Avira free AV (then only exceptions for ports in FW) - disable Java in Browser (in FF -> always ask to allow setting)

if by accident or otherwise I drag and drop any of the windows (inventory, character screen, etc.) outside the main screen view I can`t get them back by clicking on them since they`re out of view nor clicking on their icons or using hotkey (like tab for inventory) bring em back, also all new instances of the client also start being unable to get the missing windows back into view

last two times it happened I had to reinstall the client

is there a fix for this, a file I can delete or some hotkey I can use to bring the windows to their default position without having to reinstall the whole thing?

In the Ender folder is a file named "windows.confg" , in there it safes the location of your windows. Try to edit it so your windows get back into your screen.

instead of editing, just delete the window.conf file, itll automatically create a new one when you run the client and reset all to the default setting.
