More information.

What OS are you using. 32/64bit? What version of Java and is it 32/64bit? Are you wearing underwear? Are you using a custom client? If so, which custom client?

There are a lot of questions we need to know before we can help you.

I'm going to assume you just pressed the play button at top and got the error. If so, first update to the latest version of Java. Then try again.

From what I can tell, you've configured your system to launch JNLP files with java.exe or javaw.exe. You should use javaws.exe instead.

I'm currently using Windows 7 64-bit and yes I'm using the custom client from Ender. My java is 64-bit, but after I changed it to open with javaws, as mentioned above it just says unable to launch the app.

Edit:
Interesting, the problem is now solved it just as the other poster mentioned. I needed to change the launch program to javaws.exe.

The .bat you use to start Ender's has to point to the folder where Ender's is, not the jnlp. Then you just start it with the .bat-file.
