I see no reason to lock the thread for now. It is congress related and seems more like a general discussion about A.D. and rival factions as well as tactics employed by either party, rather than a place for that specific faction to post their kills, etc. like the other thread was.

As long as the discussion continues in a somewhat reasonable manner and does not degenerate to "you killed my alt, I killed your alt" then I feel it is fine to leave the thread open for the time being.
