foxholes look cool. how does the quality scaling work for it? maybe make it so the foxholes have a higher base quality on foxes to make it more enticing early game.
see homo sexuality trending,. do not do that.

Imagine if DOTA had the problem where new players don't know that you're supposed to last hit creeps to get gold, so devs respond by repeatedly lowering gold from last hits and increasing passive gold. New players probably still get behind and don't learn lasthitting. Only difference its that people who actually do lasthit, feel much less rewarded for it.

In actuality they added lasthit/deny counter right next to KDA counter to signify it's importance, there is audiovisual feedback of gold coins spilling out of creep when you do lasthit (granted this was already thing in vanilla WC3.)

The point I'm trying to make that the first paragraph is the same game design philosophy that Jorbtar has applied to siege in general. Second paragraph doesn't have as simple analogy in Haven. Probably the most dev-time efficient way would be to just heavily plagiarize "Basic Claim Safety" and put it under the effectively abandoned "Help!" -menu.

They have the same base quality, but the intention is that they tend to scale higher above that. And since each fox has its own quality, I think there should be a rather good chance of finding a nicer-quality fox in there during early game.

+1 very good patch/idea.

Would love to see this concept implemented for other animals. Harder scales with better loot drops etc. Seems like you already have the code base to make it work. :D

One of the key features of Badger ecology is that they dig an extensive communal tunnel network. It can reach total length of 100 meters, 3-10 entrances, and dedicated latrine area outside near one of the entrances.

There is a reason why dachshunds look like silly sausages, they were bred to fit badger dens and scare them out. (Dachs is badger in German, and Finnish word for the dog also translates as "badger-dog.")
