First aid skill, poppy and tusk. str = 10*root(q/10) it seems. Applies (base strength - snuff bonus) penalty to the snuff if the bonus is higher than your strength

also in what order the effects are being displayed now?

I've did some tests and it seems they are displayed in the order that character discovered them.
