Assuming this is the new world announcement, or maybe even if not consider discussing:

• Whales
  I assume you're going to make them into a dungeon which will have some pretty bad implications if whale meat is still a thing
• Swords, specially how much ARP they have now
• Any plans to change thingwalls/realms
• Any plans to make Snekkjas/Knarrs/Skiis/Sleds less cancer for combat
• Any plans on adding a dev supported community hub/currency/etc
• Any progress fixing nvidia crash
