I'm assuming this is the case, but just to check: Traveling from a Thingwall to Charter Stone costs Travel Weariness right?

I hope that's an oversight/bug... Otherwise - what's the thought behind doing this? Just seems annoying and pointless

So gankers can now build private network of charters, kill somebody and tp after 5 minutes to another side to kill somebody else? Charters shouldn't work if you are outlawed...

You need a thingwall to teleport to them, so you can't do it while redhanded. Also can't teleport from charter to charter.
Probably test before mindlessly complaining on the forum.

Right, I was planning to change that, but forgot about it. It's the same total stamina drain as it used to be, but since we lessened the building requirements, it looks a lot more ridiculous per item, so it should probably be adjusted to match.
