Being able to gain any gap after a cleave on even a small slope is an insane (bad) meta change for PVP xd

since you cant steer it(yet) make it so you cant get off while its in motion and crashing into objects gives concussion dmg ;]

Going forward, it would be beneficial if this and other quality of life changes were added to both servers if possible.

They were! All changes are world independent unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

Wasn't the whole point of adding the shoulder slot last patch so we didn't have to trade inventory space for combat gear.

wonder which q gives 2nd and 3rd slots

If it works like most things it's just sqrt(q / 10)

Almost, if it works the same as gildings and normal gear bonuses. Those round to the nearest bonus, so to turn a +1 into a +2 only requires q22.5 (as SQRT(22.5/10)=1.5), so if it's like gilding then the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th slots should unlock at 22.5, 62.5, 122.5 and 202.5. (6th slot requires 302.5.)
