Give it a few weeks (unfortunately). I think the numbers have to do with A) first day, and B) how people are spawning. Yeah, thanks, I know that in a month or two there will be fewer people, but...
Instead of a huge world, I see fragments that are small copies of the world with tiny biomes. The caves are quite rare (even in the mountains; but the mountain biome is quite small), and the ones found are unsuitable for me: too long, branched, and have many entrances. And everywhere people, literally every 1-2 minutes, either a person or a trace of activity.
I can not say that the world is bad. On the contrary, the world is very beautiful, but I do not feel delight. Perhaps it’s just unusual for me, or I’ve been so unfortunate in being reborn. I feel a little uncomfortable in the new world.

No. They are randomized, however.

I love this new world. If you can answer it, is there islands in the high seas? Also does Knarr take damage on the sea aswell?
