This tbh, please consider. Cleave is too op now

Cleave was already used during the time when it was apparently too op. Does jorb just not look at that? We used storm against our enemys which all used b12 opp knocks kito, and we lost every single fight except the final one. Therefore Storm must be too op, and they didn't just nerf it, they give it a 100% nerf, doubling the coin cost, while leaving the build used against us untouched. lmao



The difference between cleave and SoS is that SoS was overall overpowered it was just wrong having it in the game.

Everybody opted for B12's and S&S over bows because those weapons are superior. Period. If bows were broken the server would be full of archers. I know this, you know this.

Oh I know :D I have played many small indie games with multiplayer and it's a common thing to see the bad people who play for years get mad any time a new playstyle is discovered and cry until it is nerfed. Luckily haven is not a pvp only game though so even if these crying whale curios get their way it doesn't matter too much anyways :lol: most people will just not play with them and continue to play harvest moon while the whales cry that they have nobody to fight since they made pvp so boring.
I mean these kind of one sided rebalances only happen when it is a crying whale curio :P because real rebalances effect both sides to bring parity not destruction. Whales see anything that is a bit viable as overpowered and wrong and shouldn't be in the game

2 main point of feedback from me:

1.

It would honestly be better to just have a world without salt, rather than to have it implemented in any buffed or debuffed state.

If salt is good, it will be hoarded by the factions who are able to snag it with alt and bots within seconds of it spawning.

If salt is bad, it will be largely ignored.

Just remove it for now and add it back in later as a fun spice ingredient.


2.

Changing 1 move just solidifies the tired and boring combat meta.

I genuinely urge you to play jazz there.

Fuck with the IP costs, cooldowns and weights of all the combat moves. Just fuck shit up.

New meta's will be uncovered and enjoyed or hated, but at least it will be something new.

Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

Whole kito+cleave is an abuse of game mechanics in it self. It just got used to and kinda normal thing. But if you think of that:
You litteraly abuse cd decrease of b12 not applying on kito,oppknock,flex because by the game its not considered as using a weapon. You litteraly using cleave just to do dmg, while the rest of moves are purely used for openings. So yeah SoS was ONLY usable deck for pure MC, not cuz its good, but cuz nothing else works with mc.
And bows were already hard to hit someone multiple times to do some significant dmg, you would do more damage with low cleaves anyway + grievious dmg which bows don't even have.
It really dumb to whine about bows nerf cuz its somehow "unfair" in pvp. And what is considered fair then? lmao

And i'm not even saying that combat med abuse exists to this day, even tho combat med opens for 25% weight it doesn't apply for oppknock

how about make Cleave cost 12IP & reduce its DMG by half? or just curse all characters who have more UA than other stats like MC & Archery. (Rock paper scissors) sucks - rock should win anytime because its skillfull move

kito cleave abuse to do LOW OPENINGS damage was always there, very stupid mechanic and you do nothing against it
