I can't say I haven't been a dick, I had the fun of trapping some moron on a chair as he attempted to bash our claim on day 2 or 3 one world in legacy, and guy didn't want to try very hard to leave, thinking he was blocking our exit or just multi-boxing and botherin us...but yeah I checked on this man for a good many hours, who thought he was stuck and begging me to free him as he was starving and couldn't hearth or lift it

....yeah...building palisade pens in large enough areas in legacy so fresh spawns would become live game and not realize it..I'm not innocent by any means loll but this game is a diamond in the rough to be sure, just a matter of how you find enjoyment in it hahaha

To the few people who are still complaining how hard it is to place a watermill, I suggest you look at the screenshot again.
As you can see, the land doesn't need to be completely flat. Just flatten the area you can, don't worry about the couple of raised tiles you get between the river and your flattened area. You can see them pretty clearly in the screenshot above.

Also, try to pay attention to where the windows are placed compared to the water. Maybe you're building it too far in or too far out. It's really easy to position.

Last but not least, if the issue is forest ground or similar, just stomp to dirt. In that screenshot, one side was forest and one was grassland.

Can the watermill only be built on rivers/lakes and not oceans ??

It could perhaps be argued that "Bunny Slippers" are particularly egregious in this regard, as they enforce a meta where "Bunny Slippers" are the only footwear possible to use in PvP. Feel free to suggest changes. Reverting for now, but open to arguments.

I hate visual bunny slipper
Make gild, based on rabbit skin. Gild give speed boost when chasing rabbit.

+1
I like this as an idea, even more so if the dev's expands upon gildings in a way that focuses on value of gear over value of character. Having other effects outside of +1 to stats could always be interesting.

-1000 jorb would make bunny slipper gilding buff stack with itself and then you’d be forced to gild it to every slot in order to go outside

truly abominable that these bozos keep adding mechanics without thinking once “how might this be abused” in Weird Mechanic Abuse: The MMO and you guys are actually ENCOURAGING them

The defending of the top 1% and bunny slippers is silly.
The false info of custom clients and """"skill"""""" of clicking a giant ass rabbit, a halo or having a Wellscript for clicking follow on critters, or a hotkey for follow closes critter~ blows my mind that you all pretend has no effect of negative outcome on these fights. We're currently in an era of mid/maxing this mechanic so that whomever has the best ability to follow critter sooner, more optimally wins the fights or escapes fights: thats the """skill""" you're all talking about that is covered by the custom clients.

The removal of bunny slippers removed a single flow from combat, that was abused absurdly. If you didn't use bunny slippers you basically fked yourself pvper or not. the revert to add this back in just re-ads the problem, it's a must for anyone pvp or not to have this.

Water, food and bunny slippers are a must~ if the person has more water then you, you're likely to lose in a chase. if you run out of food, you'll likely starve to death in a chase if drinking to much water. If you don't wear bunny slippers, you'll lose simply by them mix/maxing their gains on you be chasing critters, or get away by simply running and picking critters up (rare this happens).

Sure we have a number of potential problems with pvp like variable speeds that can be cheated by simply clicking a few times so that you always have higher speeds then the other person you're being followed by or the person you're following. (I'm amazed this is not already a problem but I have to admit I've not tried to game it myself yet~ possible mechanic I'm not aware of, or lag that makes it basically worse then just simply following.)

the speed buff is annoying and reardless of game is always the bigger bonus to pvp.
But what this man is saying is facts, more things outside just stats bonus would be nice.

as long as it’s understood that any non-stat bonus which could affect pvp (especially movement speed) being attached to a gild makes that gild absolutely necessary in every slot with gildable clothing when you go outside

XD sounds boring, dumb, noobtrappy, etc

Boreworm mask should allow you to chase bugs faster.
