I keep seeing OCO referenced but only as an acronym. Could someone lay it out for me?

There used to be events & seasonal mini-games or w/e at CF. There were semi-regular shooball, cart races, mazes, etc. CF was the most beloved part of this game in any world ever, and it's not even close.

The next world the same person with the backing of the same group went on to make CFv2, and it was a total failure. The market was dead, and in spite of similar prizes for the games basically nobody showed up. When 1500 people were online instead of 200 they couldn't get 1/10th the people in the door.

Oceans + road nerf killed CF. It's rly sad that everybody either hates or feels neutral about oceans, but they're still in the game instead of CF. There are so many examples of bloat making other far more enjoyable parts of the game obsolete or unworkable. Winter, whaling, pickling, pork, bollocks, new glass, conchs, skiis, sleighs, etc.

IDK why I'm ranting about this but it FUCKING SUCKS that some content that will be hype for 1 week manages to make the game permanently worse either for years or forever
