same tbh.. not being able to port to nearby swamps, having to walk literally everwhere just doesn't seem fun at all, idk maybe if I played this game for a week it would be different but after so many years not being able to port somewhere just seems unbearable

you guys act like you haven't been playing since w6 when it was this way. You just got fat and lazy on the easy haven.

in w6 reducing travel weariness wasnt retarded, and there wasnt travel weariness on hearthing, and there wasnt reason to walk back and forth to random directions for hours on end

there is a reason why fast travel was added to games. so we dont have to go through the area weve already explored 100 times.
see homo sexuality trending,. do not do that.

There's weariness on hearthing in w7/legacy and there was certainly reason to be walking around in different directions if you actually play the game and go out to find things you need. Stop being such a casual.

well ur actually right about the travel weariness on hearthing in w7 anyways it was irrelevant cuz of wine, but there definitely wasnt reason to go walk in the SAME directions 24/7, i put like a year of my life into this world and had TOP CHARACTER(S) throughout most of it and the reason i stopped playing for a bit was because i was fukn spending 8 hours a day boating for people to fight and never finding anyone. fukn slowly walking back and forth between points youve already seen 1000x is mind numbing and boring, theres no fun to it at all. i think you reallly have to be a CASUAL to enjoy it, cuz u will enjoy it for a week or 2 then quit haha

You realize there's more to the game than running around and fighting other people right? Maybe if you stopped playing haven like a battle royal game you wouldn't get so bored.

ive played all aspects of the game x d, most get boring which is why the player retention throughout entire worlds is terrible. you can tell haha theres a pattern!!! at the end of most worlds its like 100 people playing or less (w10 was more largely what i would attribute to THE COMMUNITY FAIR) and then when a new world is annoucned people come back for a month and quit (CUZ THEY GET BORED) and i mean judging from ur post history you do this exact same thing

xd well yea its shit for questing for sure, but just going to a river with a boat, or foraging swamps/mountains its just boring as fuck walking the same path over and over and over again. i know that no one who actually plays throughout a world will enjoy this.

True enough, right now the game feels like "Walking Simulator 2019." Especially when questing, or doing literally anything else for that matter. All that's going to change is eventually it'll be "Riding a Horse Simulator 2019." Can't wait to start walking to mountains, or walking to swamps, or walking to the water so you can take a boat trip 45 minutes to reach the only other mountain you found with snow on it. Super immersive gameplay, game didn't have enough tedium frankly.

Haha, wow, smh. The slightest wrench in your machinery and it's instant and total "gaem is uselss".
