Yes that's my point exactly, I don't think a single village of 5ish people should be able to fill up the auth to a usable extent but I do think they should be able to at least maintain it with some relative effectiveness. My thought was more that even a single person could claim a large mass of area and hopefully there'd be enough people walking on it to keep the auth filling.

Why not have it both ways? People with there HF inside the realm feed the real even if they are outside, people wondering around on the realm feed it as they get events like it was?

Or have it so you feed the realm you've joined no matter where you are and also the one you're standing on?

Could making awkward like people create 2 realm and have hearth fires on one and have playing on other to generated twice authority. Or people put hearth fires on ally land but play on own land. Not sure if very concern though.

I don't think it's a big deal but if they wanted I'm sure it would be possible to do a check for player location first and if on a realm claim feed to that realm otherwise it goes to hf location

But then it is back to original problem of feed authority to enemy when doing attack. I think there is no perfect solution for these though. On one side you do not want to give authority to opponent when does military operation to him. On other side, you do want to give authority to realm as reward if he is making some infrastructure for player to use. Maybe eventual for authority to be gained in other way than just exp earning, but then there are botted consideration.

Even if there is no perfect though, I think all alternative is ''good enough,'' just awkward for some case.

I made a suggestion earlier in the thread that Kingdoms should be required to declare a state of war before being allowed to challenge cairns and while in this state they do not receive buffs from foreign claims. This could be further expanded by including the exp gained by those members of the warring Kingdom to not be put towards the claim that they are on. It could be more specific to state war against individual kingdoms so that you can still receive buffs on some and will feed in to others but not the one you are warring against.

The only issue I see with this is that declaring war on another kingdom that has claimed over you would stop them from being able to collect experience from you for their authority but I'm not even sure if that's an issue or if that would actually be something that could work well if it were intended.

How's this: you contribute authority as soon as you enter a realm, but to get buffs you need to have your hearth in the realm for 2-3 RL days.

How about the fix the Horse Resurrection bug? Seems rather annoying.
