For sure. I'm taking only about their village industry, not every item ever created with the bugwater.

Not only it would be impractical, but also pointless, since the q112-or-so water they were selling doesn't look that fishy of the q103 can be found in the WB public well for free

The problem is that the industry, built with the q259 water, was left up for grabs. It could've been easily prevented by wiping the whole village, not just the walls.

I am mixed on this news. Hearthland Herald is a very upstanding bunch however nasty bug abusing Clowns were also rightfully spanked for their crimes. To snail and his ilk I say:
