i'd tie posting capabilities to actual characters

if you didn't have at least one character with 200-500 stats and didn't visit at least -7 you have no permission to post, because most likely what you have to say is literal garbage

of course Jorb & Loftar also have to conform, they would be barred from making patches until they understand how it feels to play haven
