"If you build it, he will come" might be misused here if that's what you're referring to. Building the Field of Dreams was a venture of hope and nostalgia where as in this case such would be a venture of risk. I'd like to see something similar to legacy charter stones but for a realm claim which can be built for players to spawn at but I have the strong suspicion that these would be mostly used by players already part of large factions in order to spy or get alts out to your area.

Yeah I get it but it's kind of difficult to test mechanics (or even use them to any reasonable extent) that rely on having players without the players, is my point.
