Indeed, the homepage currently only shows W16.1 counts. I realized this a bit too late to have time to fix it, but I'll do so as soon as the general situation stabilizes.

So I’d been walking for about an hour, found a player, and he suggested we become friends.
As soon as I agreed and saw his nickname, I got teleported back to my campfire.
Is that a bug or a feature?

No clue. I can't imagine how that would happen.

... skill issue?

Did you try to write something in chat?
A friend of mine - several worlds ago - tried to write yeahhh in chat, without realizing his chat was not open. So it got the A-H-H shortcut for teleport to hf instead.

Yeah, that’s probably what happened in my case, thanks a lot. I just wanted to say hi.
I can only imagine what went through that guy’s head at that moment - a naked butt popped out of the bushes and disappeared right away.

I friended a person and got immediately hearthed without a timer or anything. This only happened the first time.

Also, you can no longer block cave entrances with a claim which is fuckinngggg bullshit.

Are you using a client with auto hearth?

Now there's no way to protect yourself against robberies; for six months players complained on forums about griefers bothering them, but developers decided to make life even easier for those griefers.

It was obviously an unintended safe play that most newbies didn't know, but now those griefers can run rampant at any time and offline raid people like a shitty rust server. This used to be the only reliable way to get your first palisade going and now it's just like, if you get raided early you're just left behind and might as well quit.
