To some extent that is true, but the problem is that the game can only very imperfectly determine the severity of a crime mechanically. This is why we try to focus on mechanics that are relatively wertfrei in themselves and depend more on the amount of effort and resources the enforcers are willing to put into it.

You can perhaps argue that this system misses that mark to some extent, but that is at least a somewhat different point.

Increasing the consequences of killing a fresh alt, increases the ability for a fresh alt to 'grief' you.
I can now spawn a bunch of fresh alts, start destroying cross roads right in front of you to provoke you. Then when you kill them I can collect the scents and send high level spooky ghosts after you.
I would not come and destroy cross roads on a high level character just to be able to send spooky ghosts, because I value that character.

WORST UPDATE EVER AFTER "VISITOR". RUINING PVP IN GAME. I THINK from 150-200 ppl it will be arround 50-100 now. I will stop subscribe.

Then you leave a vandal scent. Which can be used to send spookies.

How can you send someone back to a hearth fire that doesn't exist? Spawn them randomly in the center grid?

WORST UPDATE EVER AFTER "BETRAYAL/MOLE WITHOUT CONSEQUENCES". RUINING COWARD IN GAME. I THINK from 150-200 ppl per hour it will be around 130-180 now. I say I was a subrcriptor.

On a side note. Why you felt an urge to do this update? It was not as necessary as anything else you have listed. You clearly knew what people want you to develop.
