Quests, combat and realms should be polished more before pushing the next world.
Please, calm down your tits.

Everything always needs more polishing and reworking. What's the cutoff?

A world reset would end up being like this quickly (within a month) people will start demanding a world reset, since they died and now everyone is now ahead. Let Jorb & Lofter pic when to do it on there own and stop trying to ram it down there throats.

The cutoff is when the developers and players can both confidently say "yeah this works pretty good"

Agree with that, there's no questioning early world is a very fun time for a majority of the player base but within a month half the players asking for a reset will have quit and after about three months players like Robben who could actually achieve something meaningful or were in the process of doing so give up for various reasons, quit like bitches and then complain on the forum about a dead game and that the world should reset soon because "I've got so many people willing to play right now but not until a world reset hurrrrrrrr" no how about you just shut the fuck up and wait if you don't want to play.
