Might want to just familiarize yourself with previous judgements.
It has already been declared that using an unsecured Charter Stone to build a Minehole into a base is not bug abuse.

And from my understanding of things, Felix has used that same exact scenario himself too. That must mean you are already well aware of it being allowed.

Lol, just in case he didnt tell you - using a public unsecured charter to spawn a vandal alt is how Felix killed your char, Sacraer. It's a known mechanic, nobody to blame but yourself if you allow spawns at your charter and it's not properly walled. If you think this was bug abuse, why wasn't anyone punished for it? Let me guess - "we r not like u we don't cry to God when we get bug aboosed."

ok sacraer my man look, if you guys dont want people spawning in your village on alts and building mineholes theres plenty of ways to prevent this! dont leave ways for them to spawn in ur village!!!! ahHAA. all of these ways were known to jorb and like everyone even prior to the raids which is why we raid you guys on our MAIN ACCOUNTS and you guys raid us on a fucking alt and try to hide who did it XD we are posting videos of us doing it because we know we didnt bug abuse at all. ALSO just as a note to everyone these are NOT fixed. i believe jorb made it so characters who now spawn in on a charter and spawn in from a beacon spawn with visitor, but in order to get materials for these raids we needed to walk outside an open gate and hearth back in with it, and if you were to still spawn with visitor and walk out an open gate and hearth back in you should lose visitor, so the fixes are a bit meaningless imo

I heard the charter stone was "properly walled" just left with a gate open, which should still count as a wall. For instance you can't fast travel through an open gate, why would anyone expect a hearth fire to fly over it then hmm? Seems like a bug to me.
