A PvE continent or world is what people really want. Cater to the same 200 people until they're dead? What's the long term goal here?

Cool post from ten years ago. Was your point to illustrate a lack of development toward the majority?

Games different; It's in a good state for PVE if they wanted. I was being rude in my innitial reply, i apologize.

Every single one of those points is still relevant today. The game is NOT in a good state for PVE, and I'm one of the people who would love to play Haven PVE.

I'm on your side in this matter, I'd love for this to be realistic, but it isn't.

This is true, but only because of a complete lack of communication. From you.
I won't pretend like things are obvious from a balance standpoint, but what is obvious is a nine month silence isn't exactly helpful if you want to become serious about actually developing your game which if i'm being honest. I don't feel like you are anymore. Last world was genuinely nothing worth talking about, and it was supposed to be your big steam launch.
