Small QOL suggestion: let us fuel steel for full amount of time required or don't reset progression when refueling doesn't happen in time. I'm sure you've heard this before, but maybe you're more amiable to it now.

I culled a lamb. The result was a very tiny something that looked nothing like an animal corpse, and was small enough to be difficult to click on - almost a case of "hunt the pixel".

The corpse stayed wrong when skinned and then cleaned. The butcher stage left me with something that looked like a skeleton, and was a reasonable size.

I take it you did *not* test the code by doing all the normal things that people do with adult and immature livestock, with all possible livestock species.

---
p.s. I'm still waiting for you to fix an extremely annoying bug you introduced in the previous update. Or at least acknowledge the report and explain why you broke auto-equipping of shovel to remove a stump.

It might be a good idea to prioritize bug fixes - not to mention bug *acknowledgements* - ahead of new development.

This is my own conjecture, but...

Small claim = less decay ticks to absorb, stake lasts longer.
Large claim = more decay ticks to absorb, stake does not last as long as a smaller would.

Could also depend on the amount of objects on the claim.

Great update, a great idea proposed in latest thread.
Have a question, does animals goes dormant once they starts to eat grass, or after then ate it all?

Had the same issue. It happened randomly for one of my pigs. I culled it and poof it was apparently gone, but the collision box of a body was still there. Maybe there was a pixel-sized body, idk.

Also happened to one more guy in my village who's handling the animals.
