Make any form of fasttravel except traveling back to your hearthfire apply a 20 rl minutes debuff (debatable, 20 minutes might be too low, but we have to staet somewhere) that prevents you from initiating combat with other players. This debuff resets when you travel to your hearthfire. You can still get attacked after you fast travel, but you can't attack.
2. Fast travel for wagons, somehow we can teleport knarrs around, but crossing rivers with wagons is impossible, what's up with that?
So u wanna port in to a thingwall, guy runs on screen and aggros you and you can't fight back?
