Dunno about that. It would also disable combat oppoents from boarding your ship in order to hit you, and I'm not sure I like that.

There should now be multiple tiers of docks.

Since Snekks are suppose to be a cheaper alternative to a knarr but now require an expensive as fuck dock to protect, we need a cheap as fuck dock.

Maybe a wooden jetty? People make small floating docks by putting a small dock structure ontop of sealed barrels that is only attached by the shore.

Also maybe we now need a stone quay like structure, like a big wharf or pier that can fit more than 2 boats but is very expensive. Could be a fun thing for boat parking at markets and larger villages that dont want to make 10 docks just to keep all their boats safe.

A "cheap as fuck dock" couldn't reasonably have siege-only-destruction protection, however, so I'm not sure that would be useful for much.

Also considering making undocked ships lockpickable.

Docks cost 100 tar sticks, you should reduce this drastically or just not make ships pickable.

No, the cheap dock should only be for a snekk and should be bashable, even easier than current knarr dock was, it would only offer the protections to the ship. Just a small additional level of protection to prevent some griefing to noobs.

Can't agree with this, it would create quite the market for high Q steel locks.

Honestly, I was surprised by how inexpensive Snekkja were the first time I built one. I'd rather see the cost of a Snekkja increased.

Make it not work while in combat then
