could have just removed them, if you didnt like creels and ropes being used.

.... is this really the case, chat? Is there no limit to how much water you want to lug around?

A bit of good and a bit of bad. A lot of things I build frequently will now require more clicks. OTOH, I really appreciate bundle-able sand.

Because I feel strongly that there is an important ÆSTHETIC value in being able to carry a flask/skin/jug on your hip, as you look cool when doing so.

It's not mandatory at all. If you see yourself running out of water just break off from a fight. Also since running away ALWAYS favors the runner, as long as you know to right click the funny kritter before them (you'll render it first) you should be able to escape. You should also he hitting speed boosts before your chaser. Just don't stay in the fight past a certain water threshold.

Also ty for lamp on pouch you a real one.

You could maybe limit it to 1 of the 2 slots per vessel type so that double glass jar meta isn't as enticing

I like having a quiver on one hip but I think I'd choose to go 2 water jugs and put the quiver in my belt instead now

It isn't a huge deal really. If you're choosing to bring a shit ton of water with you the hip slots don't really change much about that. I think it's more of an aesthetic thing than anything. A "pvp titan meta build" would be double water jugs -- it depends if you would like to see that or if that version of endgame gear doesnt feel right to you

This is some hermit brained fearmongering if I've ever seen it. It would be less of a problem than the wellsprings being in the way even if it happened, but also man that shit would never happen if it takes more than 2 minutes.

It's the same shit as when people argue against caves being fillable by saying people will grief all caves... Yet you can grief a cave with a Pclaim by getting yeomonry on a fresh alt in less than 5 minutes and it N E V E R happens.

Let me build my elaborate bullshit @jorb
also good patch :prayeremoji:

lol calm down bro, I agree that if it were to require a wrecking ball that's fine. Actually I think it's reasonable that constructed wells should also require siege machinery for their destruction given the possible high level of investment that can be put into them via hearth magic, not to mention how many ropes can be necessary may sometimes give them a greater material cost than a palisade wall. Being able to hand bash something that could have had hundreds of thousands of experience points or more of investment doesn't seem quite right to me. Does need a soak time however if that's the case.

Before silk belts, kinda? The lower tier belts don't really carry enough water to escape a chase, so you have to spend some inventory on them.

Would be completely different if drinking only drained 0.1L instead of 0.5L.
