If the natural progression of every server is pvpers die out and it’s only pvers are left than maybe it’s time to accept reality - haven is a PVE game

there were a lot, lot, lot more players when raids and combat happened all over. haven became very safe, which means it lost any sort of thrill or fun.

people like risk.

make bwall great again and bring back palisade bashing with sleedgehammer as we had in legacy

That'd be 100% antithetical to what I want from the game, TBH. The way I see it Haven was good when 1) grinding simple, 2) high risk, 3) people of equal strength could come into regular conflict.

Hermits dying in boring ways more, tryhards remaining 100% safe, and the game being a bit more tedious since villages are more annoying to make are all negatives as far as I'm concerned. It might be good for people who are interested in PVP but aren't good, tho

risky/fun=good
tedious/safe=bad

It might help settle your mind to learn that between then and now I started taking an antipsychotic medication called seroquel.

Nobody is disagreeing with you and nah it wasn't random but that's a weird thing to focus on imo.
