Pretty sure you're just lacking in Survival. Wellsprings work for me.

I think water shouldn't be capped by survival. :|

I have directly or indirectly reported a decent number of bugs to you guys, many of which took a significant amount of time/effort (do you know how long it takes to gather 60,000 you know whats?). I've never done anything that impacts the world in a major way, or tried to.

It's your game and I'm not in a position to tell you how to run it, but major punishments being arbitrary feels like it discourages integrity. What I'm learning from this is not that I should report bugs, but that I should keep my head as low to the ground as possible instead of being my typical loud self. All it seems to do is put me on your radar, which if things are arbitrary, is inherently bad. It seems very obvious that others have done significantly worse and gotten off scott free.

poor snail, never abuses anything and just makes great effort to discover bugs in order to improve game quality

I don't know exactly what other opportunities you are referring to, but I hope you realize that there may also be multiple different kinds of practical circumstances that may stand against us and total consistency, not least that of evidence. Contrary to what sometimes appears to be common knowledge, we aren't actually omniscient, and just because you might be in a group chat where the perpetrators are freely bragging of their exploits (half of the time probably just making it up also, mind you), that doesn't put us in the same situation. The fog of war is often very real and very opaque for us; this just happened to be a case where the evidence was extraordinarily clear.

Not sure what you mean by "the harshest punishment yet"; I don't know anything here that there isn't precedent for. I also don't think that it is the level of malice that matters, but the consequences. I'm sure you don't need to look any further than this thread to realize that there is no lack of people who perceived this as a significant slight both against them personally and/or against the Hearth as a whole. Completely justifiably so, in my personal opinion.

I'm not sure how many of the community are aware that when you found a realm you sign a proper EULA that tells you not to fuck around or you'll find out.

I support the + base Q water. No one is at a disadvantage, water has a relatively low impact on quality spiral (+30Q trees round one, probably capping at +50 after it filters through the system). Instead of only a couple people getting nice things, now we ALL get nice things.

I think the water choice is sensible and is the better alternative.

For next world, i highly suggest your remove or redo the hearth magic's that can be abused by bots. lots of people have experience bots running and stuff like "dig deeper" is very exploitable.
