well perhaps it's not worth fully scrapping the idea. imo it sounded like it had some potential.

Everything you said sorta tracks except the client. A drink button barely got added to vanilla my guy... some of you all have some scary shit in your clients that are like playing a different game. For sure edge cases but client is the biggest difference between a character being beefy and a noob. If you have a nice client though you are already digging deeper than the majority of the population of the game and are likely trying to learn all that shit that they are asking to be put in places for people to find instead of relying on self testing or word of mouth.

hot take: how about instead of reworking major systems that require months of testing to get right, you guys start going down the laundry list of annoying crap people have been whining about for years

i'll give you a good start: steel resetting when becoming unfueled

look at me go, i'm doing the thing again

A sad day for heart containers and dungeon viability.

Did you discover unintended interactions with some damage sources that made you decide to drop it, to keep this world's launch healthy? Or did the whiners who whine about everything make you think it wouldn't work right?
A shame, I was looking forward to it. Hoping we see it next world

Can't we have attribute equalization like MC/UA without the health/armor rework stuff? That can't be that hard to implement.
