Nah dawg, his least favorite kind of water was clearly the white kind that fell from the sky. Ironically.

definitely worth to consider

Why don't you go through steam reviews? They usually point out what needs to be improved

It's delusional to pretend PVP orientated people have an overwhelming voice here. They're a tiny minority.

Every topic with requests for PVP changes that will only affect PVPers 19/20 of the posts are from hermits trying to pretend said changes will ruin things for them with sierra adventure game tier logic. Any suggestion that hermits feel will hurt PVPers gets overwhelming support, even if it makes no sense.

PVPers are an intellectually, morally, and genetically superior ethic group being oppressed by horde of nematodes. PVPers are Israel.

? u say that like the content of this forum has remotely changed, its been the same shit as long as I can remember - endless drivel about how pvp should be disabled and how theres no point doing anything ever because every thing is botted and custom clients blablabla ... then i look at discord and see ppl complaining what a pain it will be to have to farm such an area and im like dam for all the forum crying youd think that tryhard village would have a single usable bot in this game lol

dev asked for ideas for new world and all ppl got is the usual boring shit, u say PvErs talking like any1 even had a PvE idea other than me with bandit camp and pirate islands or rare mobs with special item drops or artifact fragments u find in dungeons etc. No wat u call PvErs is the knuckle dragging whiner crowd who been saying "waa turn pvp off" for 10+ years, get some new material, that 1s been rejected about idk 1000 times already

There's also been endless drivel about how pve players basically don't deserve to play the game in any capacity other than as permadeath griefer prey. Not saying you have supported that viewpoint, but a lot of pvp shitters have.

So yeah, nothing new. Same ole haven. The fact that the forums are 50/50ish, or even pvper heavy when a huge % of players are pve players is the unfortunate part. But pvers can't meaningfully threaten to kill people ingame really so that's genuinely part of the issue.
Lucky: haven is so quirky
Lucky: can be so ugly, can be so heartwarming

hope this is a troll post. jorb listen to tiny vocal pvpers community. even in DM's. this last patch push is literally related to your constant spam about it here. Hermits suggestions are often crap cause they dont understand pvp and when they suggest something to improve their side its usually a bad thing for them. Thats a bit offtopic although. You could stop tunnel vision your gameplay and actually propose suggestions that would help majority of the community instead of (you).

The last piece of PVP content added was on Aug 21, 2018.

Usually when something PVP related is changed it's either totally game breaking for PVPers but still takes months/years to be resolved, or the result of hermits asking to be safer.

There are currently 3 completely different game breaking bugs that make siege next to impossible that have been pretty widely known for 6-12 months-ish. How long do you think it will take them to fix those? I bet it's not even on their radar. There are literally not even PVP clients that don't crash.

I'm not saying everybody else is feasting on patches either, but man it's not even in the same ballpark

Lao_Bao wrote:Some ideas and suggestions

Various

  • Remove most or all teleports
  • No horses scared by screams. Solution: Let the spear knock down the rider. You can also use a lasso to knock the rider down.
  • No custom clients or reduce their impact on the gameplay. This is legal cheating. If you want to be on par with everyone else, download a custom client... Nonsense!
  • Add carry weight. You can't run with heavy armor and a large load

    What will this give?

    • Horses and transport in general will become more in demand
    • A fairer game for the base client
    • The possible emergence of those engaged in transportation, trade, and plunder.
Trade and transportation between local markets and global (Continental) ones.
For example, let's take goods (resources) available on our continent: we transport them by cart to our port, then ship them to another continent, and then move on to their market, etc.
(It would be nice to have a cart from which we could trade immediately. A mobile trading post. Also, a transport ship that could accommodate carts, horses, and other animals.)

...On the way, pirates attack and plunder. We return home empty-handed and next time join (organize) a merchant guild (union). Now we're not alone; we have a better chance of fending off the pirates... ¦]
    • More types of credos

Journey to the Center of the Earth
  • At the lower levels of the caves... Dinosaurs, huge insects and trees, the ocean

I'm not a PvP player, just a hermit.
This proposal potentially increases interaction with players, justifying attacks on players, meaning more PvP.
And I'm for a fairer game; custom clients are legal cheating. I use the base client.
