In legacy you could still hearth even at 100%, might be the same here

Oh fuck, now that you mention it, I did have travel weariness. That's pretty harsh.

A bit premature saying this, but... for vets that recall w7 and earlier, TW never affected a player hearthing home, just using crossroads and travel to village (now charterstones). I'm SURE that will be the case now.

I so totally have no clue.
