I'm glad the caterpillar loves his hat but is there a way to make him slow down, he's making me dizzy.

At least to my understanding, pumpkins date back to the very earliest versions of Haven, before Jorb decided on a setting that excludes certain foodstuffs.

Tbqh, I think pumpkins simply got a "rule of cool" hall pass even back then. ^_^

'toes of various kinds should not expect the same mercy!

Potatoes are the coolest. Can we get haven french fries? Please please I love potatoes

Boi's got dat SASS in him! ^_^

Love to see the weekly patches, especially with the QoL stuff lately. Keep up the good work!

I want to echo the sentiment of my fellow gamers. Steel is currently wildly disrespectful to our time (even with the point-world boost) and I think that it would be worth laying some sweet QoL on the production process. Idk how to do this aside from the boring "speed it up more." Would love to see your thoughts on this!

Also, how do you feel about a craftable watermelon hat/helm like the pumpkin has? ¦]

Pre-Islamic or even Pre-Christian antiquity, c:a year 0? La Wik informed me that watermelons were known in Asia Minor well into the BCs, known to the Romans, and that it was later introduced to the New World by Europeans. They grow widely in Spain and Italy, which are both decidedly Magna Germania.

Dear J&L,

People talk a lot of shit, but I'm interested in developer thoughts on adding new skin tones, facial features, animations, etc. to the game, for additional character customization. I consider most of the arguments against it drivel.

For the record, I want this for customization options only. I'm aware that adding more skin tones is not going to cure baldness; nor am I attempting to push any particular political agenda, though I do find the reasoning used by others in that thread a bit suspicious. Given the obvious multitude of cultures in the vast Ancient Roman Empire, I would like to learn more about the game's setting from an Official source.

Sincerely yours,
Toaddy

This is an awesome patch, a most Mighty patch!

It was very cool to log in and see the terrain information on the minimap. I also like the fruits in Haven and have only recently planted oranges. Watermelons are great to see. As are more variable materials. Dragon tree tanning tubs will eclipse and surpass the prized silverfir butter churn of my first homestead.
