If you really played Morrowind for more than 2 hours, you know that there are several fast travel methods and appart from that player character starts moving in Mach 3 after half an hour of playing.

Can't wait to play the game where I can't do anything for an hour! Great idea, retard. You have 70% of your posts in CnI where you spam the same things over and over again. Spend half this time and energy to stop being coward and sociopath.

I posted the answer to the majority of the game's problems before. You stop allowing alt accounts and limit the number of characters you can make on your 1 (ONE) main account to like 3. It really couldn't be any simpler. Since the beginning of this game the biggest contributor to why things can't be this way or that way is alts.
Can't make this change because then people will just grief you with alts. Can't do this because alts. Can't do that because alts.

I'm telling you now if actual effort was put into stopping alt accounts a good 70% of this game's problems would disappear instantly, and then meaningful changes could be implemented because there's no threat of alts being abused to do this and that.
None of this shit matters though because with 2 devs who are barely here, can't keep a schedule and only work on the game very rarely when they can be bothered means that not only will this not be done (especially if it hasn't been done in all the years since this game began, which it hasn't) but even if by some miracle it was made a priority I still wouldn't expect to see anything come from it for years.

The potential of this game has been stymied by bad faith actors and a dev team that listens to them religiously rather than listening to the other people who are trying to make the game better which would attract more people.
It's a vicious cycle of - Devs too few in numbers and too unmotivated to put out changes in any reasonable sort of timeframe > Bad actors giving bad advice on which direction to take the game > Devs using their extremely limited time in which they develop new content on those bad ideas that were given.

We still have the worst most burnout inducing quitting magnet Credo system of ALL TIME despite countless complaints about it and how to fix it and how easy said fix is to implement. The fix could be accomplished in a minor patchnote, that's how easy it is. Loftar should be able to program it in, in under 30 minutes (being generous here btw).

Instead, we get more siege changes, which most the game doesn't care about nor participate in, nor want to, nor has it ever been good enough that people are satisfied with it.
Another combat rework which doesn't actually matter since the core of the games PvP has never changed from running, drinking and numbers.

Somebody who is sound of mind would look at PvP, be able to identify the issue (especially after how long this game has been a thing), which is basically drinking management and they'd be like, alright, drinking needs to be limited. ANYBODY watching this games PvP from the outside will tell you it looks garbage. You go participate or watch a meteor fight. It's fucking trash. Just groups running back and forth, some stragglers, newbies or alts get picked off here or there because they don't understand the basics of running and that's the entire gist of it.
Movement and positioning is key in every good PvP game, but not to this extent. This games PvP can be summed up as running + number of player's advantage. It is incredibly dull and unsatisfying.

Teleporting across the map and distance being irrelevant is also a downside that should be addressed.

Bows have been butchered into irrelevancy again because of PvPers crying about them and the devs listening to them.

Exporation is shit, there should be better things to find at the higher end rather than tapering off after the early game. This is a skill that encourages going out, things like this should be encouraged and worth having. I would like a reason to go out into the wilderness and search for high-end Exploration based forgeables in addition to hunting than sit in a mine mining or farming or raising animals or making cheese.
Fishing sucks outside of the early game. All the OP consumables are farmed and created indoors, behind palisades, which is counter intuitive since the better things should be found OUT of your base to actually encourage people to leave the safety of their bases.

Then, finally, there's the optics of how it looks to people when every world we have the same fucking people finding/abusing exploits they've found and kept to themselves for multiple worlds. Something or another has its quality catapulted up to absurd levels giving them an unfathomably large advantage. People are getting caught having gear with quality in the thousands. That doesn't inspire people to play and compete.
If I go post about this game on 4chan they all say the same thing, no point playing when exploiters do what they want and go unpunished, botting is rife despite retards claiming it's some baseless conspiracy theory which is laughable.
Exploiters literally have nothing to lose by doing what they're doing. The worst-case scenario for them is a village might get nuked once in a blue moon if they're caught but they're right back to playing next world with a ton more game ruining exploits up their sleeves.
Any other game would remove them from playing because they're a blight but here they get listened to more often, they have the devs ear, dev won't do shit about them because that's fewer gold subs in the short term, worlds are getting smaller because they complain that they want people all scrunched together so they can travel less to kill more people and worst come to worst they can teleport all around the map with ease. Map looks like fucking shit because it's covered in bases all over and it's way too small.

Why don't the big villages ever fight each other? They have no problem mopping up hermits around them who don't want to fight, but they never fight each other. Instead, they're all allied with each other. Curious!
Just look at the sorry state of The Moot this world. Nothing happened. All of the usual big villages are allied. You'd think if they wanted to fight, they'd fight each other instead of allying up which is pretty pitiful in all honesty seeing how the only reason to ally is to not fight anybody who knows how to fight or if there's another similarly sized alliance (there isn't).
We've had big Korean villages every world. How come I've never heard of a successful raid against them? Like ever. Why has there never been an attempt by the current alliance of basically every other PvP group which is vs fucking WB for some reason as if they've ever been a threat in the world stage (but apparently needed a complete worldwide alliance to take down which is secondhand embarrassment inducing tbqhwy) and ainran remnants and the Koreans.

I really hope you used chatgpt for this because no one is reading this waste of time.

But Jorb told us to post ideas and that's what we do? I know nothing will be implemented, it's just gonna be so funny when he ghosts us after asking for ideas in a post about radiosilence.

If I had a nickle for every time this was suggested I would have many, MANY nickles.

Which doesn't match the meme but its weird that people don't realize its been suggested and shot down before... ad nauseam.

If you're paying attention, I said I did not use fast travel in Morrowind or Oblivion.

Can't do anything for an hour? As opposed to trudging on horseback for that same hour to get somewhere? People complain of fast travel so the option is to make it normal speed, but then people don't have time from RL to travel in game. Can't have it both ways, so start the journey in a safe manner, log out and return an hour later.

Don't know why you censored your own post, but the sociopath comment certainly applies to all those deriving "fun" from killing other players for no reason other than they exist. (And thanks for taking the time to read all my posts.)

There’s been zero good faith reasoning why a PvE server wouldn’t work.

The community has become crabs in a pot, instead of the devs creating a successful game that’ll pay for itself many times over, the community continually pulls them back into the same shit pail.

The server gets reset every year and it’s the same thing.
