Is this another case of loftar's disdain for "ugly" numbers in game? Example he refuses to make in-game time and curio timers more readable just because he insists on there being a 24 hour day in-game.

Really a shame to scrap the whole hitpoints and CON vs STR changes just because current armor scaling didn't fit nicely into place. I'm not as knowledgeable as some others in this thread about how armor is factored in, but couldn't the equations have been rewritten to fit the new change? Having trouble understanding what the major issue was.

Solves the problem of movement cheesing meta, addresses hour-long chases and makes it no longer necessary to carry several waterskins to have a chance of survival in a PvP encounter.

Gonna repost for emphasis " (people have taken time off work etc) and are hyped up now." AND ARE HYPED UP NOW WOULD BE UNDERSTATEMENT OF YEAR, COOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN YYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH :D I am so excited to see the new worldgen and spawn system, and to take a nice crack at using the default client yet again to see how manageable it is this reset. le go kill cachalot with x1 dmg multiplier. instead x10, its just 50 times longer(if even possible bcause armor & 50кHHP), dont abandon update, lets suffer
