So Jorb, Loftar, still got it in the pipes to attempt to restore all our previous history from Legacy? There were some awesome stories, written by yours truely, not to mention all of the useful cupboard layouts and new user guides created by community ;_;

As for a fresh world, you'd kill off the existing players if that happened. There is absolutely no point for a new world. It would also make it feel 5 x as dead as it currently feels IMO.

Well the situation obviously isn't going to get any better... It hasn't since the end of World 3.
