I made Leather Fabric and the server instantly crashed. Probably not the cause, but...

I crafted the new guilding with random rocks and it blew up lol

I tried some fishing right after the server came up, and it was the same mini game for fishing as before. Not changes that I noticed.
Used up all my bait, went home... was moving things around and chatting when the server went down again.

Fishing with lures has changed, not with bait.
