make knarrs need a realm buoy thing to transport outside the weariness range. Get back at all those people who said they're too cheap when there's none nearby.

this trend of nerfing fast travel has gotten way out of hand

And also the idea of addding a ''step in between rowboat and knarr'' is pretty shit because preferable is to use the quickest vessel possible most of the time, and making it easy with some in between boat that potentially is faster than knarr even is ridiculous as the ocean will be very easy to travel if not for initial knarr investment....

No, there's still plenty of room for nerfs and it should be filled with them.
You're just salty because you are under the delusion of being entitled to hop around the world on a whim, induced by you being able to freely do that for a too long time.

The idea as I understood it is to have something that is fast (meaningful faster than a Knarr), so teleport can be nerf'd further, but with way less passenger+cargo space for a Knarr to stay meaningful.

1) devs stated that they want more PvP to happen
2) there's not gonna be any PvP going on without fast travel, given the world size and how small the playerbase is compared to it
3) you can make your own MMO with no fast travel, if you want it so bad

You could make your own mmo with pvp too and it can be as easy to crush everyone as you would like :D
