It's very very cool, but I want to remind you, that you need to kill thousands animals to have progress at this game. Without complete overhaul, it's just make this humiliation ritual even more complex and painful.

For what exactly you need thousands of animals? Getting a miner with str? Or just boost your stats with mammoth meat?

After this change it would be harder yet I bet more fun as you will need to think over how you approach a massive hunting vs now just boat and sideswipe/reaggro bot....

That would be great if you could start up realm with any metal bar or/and just any crown (dungeon loot/snakes)

Yeah and while we're at it remove the reaggro exploit too. If an animal wants to flee it would flee, not start fighting again just because the player gave an arbitrary attack command. Players should be forced to interface with the terrible blood trail mechanic or have a horse ready to chase down the fast things, maybe even organize a group to track down where that lynx went before it despawns. Every mammoth hunt should be an IRL week long endeavor with you and the boys.
We need to really hammer in just how miserable the "intended" pve experience is if we want to see any positive changes.

They can like 60% fix hunting by adding a tracking thing to the bloodstains, similar to scents, where you right click>track and it points to the animal.

I agree with making non-cheesing the standard, but for that to work, animal flight mechanics need a rework. Currently, once an animal starts fleeing, it’s often too fast to catch on foot. It’s frustrating to take wounds and armor damage only for the prey to outrun you instantly.

While hunting from a Wagon solves the speed issue and makes melee hunting easy, it doesn't really fix the core gameplay. For the passengers, it’s essentially just Boat cheesing in a different form—only the driver is engaged. To make ground combat truly viable, wounded animals should be slowed down, and the rewards should be buffed to justify the higher risk of injury.
